Svitlana Olieinikova is an expert in fundraising and social, cultural and business projects development. She is an organizational trainer, author of the Business Support Program. Graduate of the Open World Leadership Centre (USA), Tech Camp (US Embassy) and CRDF (USA), Stanford University’s Center of Democracy, Development and the Rule of Law (USA).

Svitlana Olieinikova is a laureate of the Kyiv City Council Prize for the significant contribution to the entrepreneurship and market infrastructure development in Kyiv and high professionalism (2018). CEO of the consulting company Synergy Development Consulting, as well as co-founder, Chairman of the Board of the International Agency for Change.

She has been working in the field of fundraising for 14 years. The diverse experience in attracting funds to social and commercial projects has been gained during this time. Nowadays, the main attention is focused on the following topics: strategic fundraising; relations with donors and attracting non-reimbursable loan (grants); attraction of non-monetary (benefits in kind) assistance and relations with sponsors; development of social entrepreneurship.

Svitlana has experience in designing and implementing civil society development initiatives both at the regional and national levels within the framework of international technical assistance programs (such as US Embassy in Ukraine, USAID, UNHCR, World Bank, Canadian Local Initiatives Support Fund, DANIDA, UNDP, ECHO, KfW Bank, Chemonics, etc.), as well as advising non-governmental organizations and businesses on the fundraising strategies development.

More than 5 years of experience in political consulting. Specialization: political analysis and forecasting, strategies for preventing political and reputational risks, implementation of international technical assistance projects in Ukraine, implementation of the EU-Ukraine Association Agreement, cooperation between Ukraine and the EU within the framework of the Eastern Partnership Program.

Advising and conducting trainings for NGOs and businesses on topics: benchmarking of fundraising activities, methodology and best practices for raising funds for projects; social responsibility of the organization / company and drawing up strategies of long-term influence and impact; building relations with stakeholders and other types of external communications; establishing links with state authorities and self-government bodies (GR).

He oversaw many projects, strategic planning, monitoring and evaluation. Nick Stivens has project management and budget skills. He has extensive experience in coordinating work with government agencies, partners, non-governmental organizations and donors.

He has experience in civil society development, community development, local government, sustainable agricultural production projects implementation, small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) development, grant management and community stabilization in conflict and post-conflict settings. Considerable experience of working with marginalized and vulnerable groups such as refugees and IDPs, as well as developing and implementing programs aimed at implementing community sustainable development mechanisms that facilitate productive engagement of citizens in transition.
